By updating their approach, we aimed to make sure The Health Retreat’s message reached a wider audience, bringing their life-changing services to those who need them most.

To help The Health Retreat reach a broader audience, we introduced radio advertising in regions beyond the Sunshine Coast. This strategic shift has significantly expanded their footprint, bringing their transformative services to more people in need. Additionally, we implemented internal changes, with the introduction of a long-form welcome video. This initiative has greatly improved the experience for both clients and employees, fostering a deeper connection and understanding from the very start.

The Health Retreat is a well established wellness retreat with over 10 years of experience in helping individuals find peace, healing and balance. Located in the Sunshine Coast, they offer a range of holistic therapies designed to rejuvenate both the body and mind. At their core, The Health Retreat is dedicated to providing a supportive enironment where clients can rediscover well-being and create lasting positive change in their lives.

Despite their success and strong reputation, The Health Retreat faced a challenge in reaching new clients outside their immediate region. Additionally, their client onboarding process lacked the engagement needed to fully connect with new clients.

To address these challenges, we implemented a two-fold solution. Firstly, we expanded their marketing efforts by introducing radio advertising in regions beyond the Sunshine Coast, allowing The Health Retreat to connect with a wider audience. Secondly, we created a long-form welcome video to be used during client onboarding. This video was designed to introduce clients to the retreat’s offerings, set expectations, and foster a deeper sense of connection from the outset.

The results were remarkable. The shift to radio advertising led to a significant increase in the number of people seeking The Health Retreat’s services, helping more individuals access the healing they deserve.
